Bartlett Innovation Park West

By a unanimous vote of approval from the Board of Mayor and Alderman, Tuesday, February 13, 2024, the City of Bartlett annexed and rezoned the Warlick and Marshall Gordon properties in the Bartlett Reserve. With easy access to and from Interstates 40 and 240, and US Highways 14, 64, 70 and 79 and the future I-69 Corridor the site is a great location for Bartlett Innovation Park West.
