Campbell Clinic Expanding to Bartlett with New Physical Therapy Location

Campbell Clinic, one of the region's established orthopedic healthcare providers, is expanding to Bartlett with plans for a new physical therapy clinic at 2841 Kirby Whitten Road, next to Aldi.

The 7,138-square-foot facility will occupy the former O'Reilly Auto Parts building and is expected to open in December 2026, according to an announcement reported by the Commercial Appeal.

The Bartlett location will focus exclusively on physical therapy, making it Campbell Clinic's first standalone physical therapy location in the Memphis market. The clinic is expected to have a staff of nine providers and will offer rehabilitation services for orthopedic, sports and spine-related conditions.

The new location will also include bilingual physical therapists providing care in both English and Spanish.

Reusing an Existing Commercial Space

The project will bring a new healthcare use to an existing commercial building along Kirby Whitten Road rather than requiring construction of an entirely new facility.

The addition of Campbell Clinic continues the evolution of Bartlett's commercial corridors, where established businesses and healthcare providers are expanding their presence to serve the city's growing population.

Expanding Healthcare Options in Bartlett

For Bartlett residents, the new clinic will provide access to specialized physical therapy services closer to home. Patients recovering from injuries or surgery, managing orthopedic conditions or working to improve mobility will have another local option for rehabilitation care.

From an economic development perspective, the expansion also represents continued private investment in Bartlett and adds healthcare-related employment and services to the community.

Campbell Clinic currently operates multiple locations throughout the Southeast, including several in the Memphis area. The Bartlett expansion follows the organization's recent growth in the region.

Construction and preparation of the former O'Reilly Auto Parts space will precede the planned opening. Campbell Clinic expects the Bartlett physical therapy location to begin serving patients in December 2026.
