Dutch Bros takes shape on Stage Road
Construction is underway on a new Dutch Bros Coffee location at 6200 Stage Road in Bartlett, with the shell of the approximately 986-square-foot drive-thru building now taking shape.
The coffee shop is being built on a 0.54-acre outparcel between Bank of America and Leslie’s Pool Supplies within Raina Plaza, the commercial center formerly known as Bartlett Hills Shopping Center. The new lot was created from an underutilized portion of the existing commercial property.
The Bartlett Planning Commission approved the resubdivision of the commercial property in January 2026 and approved the Dutch Bros site plan in February. The site plan calls for a one-story building with drive-thru service, using existing access points from Stage Road and Elmore Park Road.
According to the City of Bartlett, Dutch Bros is expected to open around the second week of December, weather permitting.
A new drive-thru addition to Raina Plaza
The Dutch Bros site sits between the existing Raina Plaza building and Stage Road, just east of Bank of America and west of Leslie’s Pool Supplies.
The broader Raina Plaza property includes a roughly 60,000-square-foot multi-tenant shopping center along with the Leslie’s Pool Supplies building. Existing tenants include Al-Aqsa International Market, Grand Pacific, Taste of Paradise Indian Buffet and Grill, and Half of Half Name Brand Clothing.
The new coffee shop adds a freestanding drive-thru use to the commercial center without replacing the existing shopping center or its tenants.
Dutch Bros expands in the Memphis area
Dutch Bros, an Oregon-based drive-thru coffee chain, offers coffee, smoothies, teas, lemonades and energy drinks.
The company opened its first Memphis-area location in Collierville in 2025 and has continued expanding in the region. A location on Austin Peay Highway in Memphis opened in June, and another location is planned for Summer Avenue.
The Bartlett location will add another national coffee brand to a corridor that has seen several new coffee shops in recent years, including 7 Brew Coffee, Pharmacy Coffeehouse and Baaloo Coffee Roasters.
