New Dirty Soda Shop "Sips Bartlett" to Open in Bartlett Station Historic District

Five local entrepreneurs are launching Sips Bartlett, the city’s first dirty soda shop, at 2810 Bartlett Road. Inspired by a trip to Orange Beach, the team quickly secured a 1,000-square-foot space in the Bartlett Station Historic District, a growing hub for new business activity.

Set to open next month, Sips will offer dirty sodas—customized non-alcoholic drinks with syrups, creams, and fruit flavors—alongside energy drinks and protein shakes. The venture adds momentum to the area’s ongoing revitalization, joining nearby newcomers like Baaloo Coffee, Pharmacy Coffeehouse, and 7 Brew.

As co-founder Nicole Spangenberg puts it, “That area of Bartlett is up-and-coming right now.”
