North Star Construction Building 28,000-SF Office and Warehouse in Bartlett Industrial Park

A new commercial project is moving forward in Bartlett as Lakeland-based North Star Construction begins site work on a 28,000-square-foot office and warehouse at 8670 Ladurl Drive. The 40-foot-tall facility is planned for the northeast corner of Ladurl Drive and Ladurl Cove within the city’s established industrial corridor.

The building will include dedicated office and warehouse space along with 52 parking spaces. The site sits within the MMK Subdivision, a planned industrial park, and is surrounded by other trade and mechanical firms, including Kimbel Mechanical Systems and CS3 Inc..

The project received site plan approval from the Bartlett Planning Commission in early 2024, followed by Design Review Commission approval.

North Star Construction, owned by Dale Hoskins, has operated in the Memphis region for more than 20 years, specializing in custom homes, renovations, and commercial construction. The new facility represents continued private investment in Bartlett’s industrial market and supports ongoing demand for contractor and flex-space development in the Memphis metro area.
